Psychokinesis

Psychokinesis or PK is an umbrella term for various abilities where an individual can influence the physical reality using their mind. Most common sub categories of PK used by practitioners are:

Most practitioners started doing psychokinesis after branching out from other energy work or got inspired from fiction that heavily geatured PK. So the modalities everyone uses varies. However, at its core the idea remains the same as every other mind over matter concept which is belief. Some belive that it's the energy that they have cultivated which let's it interact with the environment. Others think that it's the time that they spend bnding with the object or the specific techniques that they use. But all it comes down to is whether you belive that the object will move. Again the key is practice. Once an individual has spent certain amount of time believing that object will move then it will. Most of these people don't have any incentive to deceive people and are excited to share what they have learned and are able to do. They try their best to post videos with control showing before and after to convinve sceptics.
